In the previous Outfit Inspiration For The Holidays post, I styled up a velvet blazer. Today’s outfit also includes an amazing blazer that I have had a while and only bring out during the holidays.

I picked this blazer up a few years ago from Wetseal and I have been obsessed with it every since. I only pull this baby out during the holiday season.

Velvet, plaid, sequin, red, and green are key prints, colors, and materials that are associated with the holiday season. So, with that in mind I wanted to think of a cute but, subtle way to incorporate this into my office wear.

Black and white is my go to color pallet on a morning when I am rushing. I went and grabbed my white button down and black slacks. Then I went and grabbed my pearl accented loafers. When I saw the sequin blazer hanging in my closet, I knew that it would go perfectly with my black and white themed look.

This outfit came together so well. I didn’t want to wear anything that would clash with the blazer. This outfit is perfect for the company Christmas Luncheon. Heels are a simple substitute if flats aren’t really your thing.

What are your go to pieces for the Holiday season?
